Hello, I'm Kim.

I'm a Principal UX Designer with  10+ years of experience doing end-to-end design. I've been having fun at Amazon since 2013, working on some of their large impact projects for the core of the business — shipping orders to customers.   

My process starts by building a deep understanding of users through observing, interviewing, and immersing myself in their experiences. I test out ideas through prototypes, feedback from users and collaboration with stakeholders. I set a vision for what could be, and then work backwards to figure out where we can deliver value for customers today.
